These terms govern your use of Quorum (the "app"), provided by Quorum. By installing Quorum on your Shopify store, you agree to them.
Quorum lets your B2B buyers request negotiated pricing on products, and lets you (or your team) review and approve those requests. It computes a minimum-margin floor from your product costs and your configured minimum margin, and — on paid plans — refuses to approve any price below that floor.
Quorum offers a free plan with a monthly quote limit and a paid plan that removes the limit and enforces the margin floor. Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's own billing system on a recurring basis; pricing and any trial period are shown in the app before you subscribe. You can cancel at any time from the app's Plan page, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Quorum is provided "as is." We work to keep the margin calculations correct and covered by automated tests, but we do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not responsible for pricing decisions you make using it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quorum is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Our Privacy Policy describes what data we collect and how it is handled — it is part of these terms.
You may uninstall Quorum at any time from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. Data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the update.
These terms are governed by the laws of España.
